Phase 1: The Match!

We will contact you after you register.

We discuss your personal wishes and which company suits you best.

We will look for the right match between you and a Dutch company.

After finding “the match”, a video call will first takes place.

Does the match still seem good? Then there will be a live code session or a technical test.

Does this match the level of the company? Then there is a definitive match.

It is possible to have another conversation in the Netherlands. This depends on the wishes of you and the company.

Phase 2: Paperwork and Housing

Youngbirds arranges all residence documents that you need.

Youngbirds is always behind you and will provide a place to stay near your work.

When you like it, you will have the option to live together with fellow countrymen.

Do you want to come to the Netherlands with your partner and / or family and are you a senior programmer? That is of course possible!

These matters will take 2 months at the latest before you can start working at the new company.
