In a call we will discuss the conditions of cooperation and what you can expect from us. If that is satisfactory, we will prepare a profile based on your wishes.

The following points will be discussed:

The desired programming language or languages.

The desired level: Junior, medior or senior

The project and its role

We can provide an hourly wage indication based on the above information.

The corporate culture, what can a candidate expect.

We will then immediately search for you! Our recruiters provide a pre-selection of candidates in which interviews are conducted with careful attention.
Skill test
Interview & technical testing

1) We will present various selected candidates within a few weeks. We have made a pre-selection through interviews.

2) In most cases, after viewing the resumes and our accompanying information, your lead programmer determines which programmers he or she would like to know more about. A first introductory meeting is then held here.

3) After this, the main programmer has the choice with which candidate he wants to do a live code session. In our experience, this is the best way to test the qualities and insights of a candidate.

4) Did this go as desired? Then we can possibly do a test assignment and / or have the candidate come to the Netherlands for a meeting.

5) We are going to arrange the paperwork and accommodation [max 2 months]

Youngbirds ensures that every programmer receives all residence documents that are necessary for working at a Dutch company. We are working closely with you in order to provide a place to stay in the area where you will be working. When you feel settled, you have the option to live together with fellow countrymen. Do you want to come to the Netherlands with your partner and / or family and are a senior programmer? Then of course its possible to bring them along!

The procedure for finding a place to stay and for arranging all paperwork will take two months at the latest before you can start working with your new employer.

After 2 to 3 months, a final match will be made and you can welcome your new programmer. In the background we help the programmer with all the paperwork for a Dutch residence document.

In addition, we help your new employee with, among other things, opening a bank account, applying for health insurance, tax returns, housing and everything else that comes with life in the Netherlands.
After care
Aftercare: Still not satisfied?

Then we will look for another candidate.
We do everything we can to make an employee comfortable. For example, an employee may find it pleasant to live with people from Ukraine, alone or to have an apartment for their family. We make every effort to make someone feel at home. This is very important; because this reduces the chance that someone cannot settle in. We also organize outings with all programmers so that they can expand their friends, acquaintances and social circles.

Despite a match, are you ultimately not satisfied with the performance of an employee? Then a conversation will follow. We request a warranty period of at least 1 month. Should there be dissatisfaction after this month, we will (if desired) provide a replacement.

Wat kan Youngbirds voor jullie betekenen?

Youngbirds heeft in zowel Oekraïne als in Nederland een database van meer dan 200.000 programmeurs. Deze kandidaten zijn bereid om naar Nederland te verhuizen of wonen al in Nederland. Onze kandidaten zijn zowel Nederlands als Engels.

Het is ons specialisme om een juiste match te vinden. Hier gaan uiteraard technische testen met jullie bedrijf en/of onze programmeurs aan vooraf. Wij werken op basis van detachering, interim of werving & selectie. Wij nemen al jullie zorgen en risico’s uit handen en de kandidaat komt onder een vast uurloon bij zijn opdrachtgever in dienst. Mocht het geen match zijn, geen punt. Wij zoeken direct een vervanger.
